Daily production ratio, production counter is given with the password protection.
There is a special designed vibrator bowl and chute with no cap sensors for continuous flow of the cap.
The faults such as vials without bungs, no caps appear on the HMI and can be attended easily.
Very less mechanical adjustment required due to the special design.
